Support questions for Localization Guru Lite will be handled as time permits, so if you have a registered version of Localization Guru Pro be sure and tell us your Serial Number so that you get the highest priority.

Support for Localization Guru Pro may not be possible if you have modified the source code for LocGuruX.cls.

No support is available for modifications to the Localization Guru Pro Language Editor.

If you are experiencing a problem then please ensure that you have the latest version of the product prior to contacting us. And, if at all possible, you might try reading the documentation that came with the product <grin>.

Please include the following information in your support email:

Name and Version of the product.
Your Serial Number.
Sample code (if applicable) to help us understand your problem.
What version of Visual Basic you are using.
